Frequently Asked Questions

Do I get Revit software to follow the course?

Revit software is not included with the subscription. We would recommend getting the free trial (30 days). After that you can get Revit LT, if you need Revit for architecture, it’s a much more affordable option. In case you’re a student at a university you can get a free student version on the Autodesk website.

Are these live courses?

No, the courses are on-demand video, so you can follow it at your own paste. If you need any 1 on 1 help, we offer consultations here.

How do I cancel the subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to the user menu in the upper right corner of the screen.

How do I continue the subscription?

The subscription is automatically continued and your card/paypal account will be charged automatically until you cancel. Unless you are on the lifetime subscription, then you will not be charged again.

Can I go back or rewatch parts of the course?

Yes! You have access to all courses so you can go back and rewatch it as many times as you like. Also in the future, there will be updates to the course as new features are released in Revit. This is only true as long as your subscription is active.

Is the course in Imperial or Metric units?

Most courses are in Metric units. The beginner course is both Metric and Imperial. Units are really not important to follow the course, we show you how to complete tasks in Revit, how the tools work and what are the best workflows. You can pick your preferred units and use those. We cover how to do this in the courses.

Can I ask questions? Is there support?

Yes, you get email support to ask any questions about the course. If you need some 1 on 1 help with Revit questions not related to the course, we offer that as well, you can find it here.

Do I get a certificate?

Yes, you will be getting a Balkan architect certificate of completion of any course as soon as you finish all material. If you are interested in Autodesk Certification this is part of our Autodesk Authorized Training Center Program you can learn more about it here.

Do I get Revit files?

Yes, you will get project files for each lesson to follow along, for most courses, the files are in Revit 2021 and newer versions, so as long as you have Revit 2021 or newer, you will be able to follow along easily.

What if I don’t like the course?

No worries, check out the course and after two weeks (as long as you haven’t completed more then 30% of any course), if your not happy with the course, you can get full refund.
